This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made with Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc., including coaching services, consulting packages, digital products, and advisory programs.
By completing a purchase or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
All digital products and electronic materials — including e-books, workbooks, templates, online courses, toolkits, and downloadable resources — are non-refundable and non-returnable, due to the immediate access provided at purchase.
➡ No refunds will be issued on digital product sales under any circumstances.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
All coaching and consulting services are delivered under a signed Client Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their engagement at any time; however:
➡ No refunds will be issued once payment has been made unless the client exercises their legal right to cancel within the stated rescission period (see below).
If a client cancels after services have begun, future sessions will be discontinued, but no portion of payments already made will be refunded.
In accordance with consumer protection guidelines:
Clients who purchase prepaid coaching or consulting packages may request a full refund within three (3) business days of signing the agreement.
After the three-day rescission period:
➡ No refunds will be issued, and all payments are final, even if the client discontinues services.
This policy applies whether the program has begun or not.
Clients may reschedule coaching or consulting sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed or canceled without proper notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc.
No refund or credit will be issued for missed appointments.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, registrations for live or virtual workshops, events, or retreats are non-refundable.
In the event of company cancellation, the client will receive full credit toward a future program.
Refunds will only be issued in the following rare cases:
Duplicate payment
Erroneous double-billing
Processing error in our payment system
All validated refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
