Refund Policy

At Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional value and high-quality digital products, coaching programs, and consulting services. Because each service and resource is designed with care and professionalism, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Digital Products

All digital products — including e-books, workbooks, online courses, and downloadable resources — are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access or download has been granted.

Please ensure that you review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Coaching, Consulting, and Contracted Services

Coaching and consulting services provided by Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc. are offered under contract agreements outlining the terms, pricing, and duration of services.

  • Clients may cancel a signed contract within three (3) days of the date of signing for a full release without penalty.
  • After three (3) days, the agreement becomes final and non-refundable.
  • Any payments or deposits made toward services after this period will not be refunded under any circumstance.

This policy ensures that time, preparation, and resources invested in each client engagement are valued fairly.

3. Rescheduling and Transfers

  • Coaching or consulting sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Session fees may be transferred to another scheduled date within the same contract period when notice is provided.
  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of that session.

4. Event Registrations and Workshops

Event registrations (including workshops, conferences, or retreats) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event details.
If an event is postponed or canceled by the company, participants will receive a credit toward a future event or program of equal value.

5. Refund Processing Exceptions

Refunds or credits will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment or transaction error occurred through our system.
  • A service was not rendered due to company cancellation or scheduling error.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original form of payment.
